All guests must go through the intake process before making a reservation. Please allow up to 4 weeks for completion of this process.
The intake packet must be completed and submitted. This packet provides Ashwood Inn with information that helps us determine if we can meet the guest’s needs.
Ashwood Inn requires that the guest and the guest’s primary care provider come to Ashwood Inn for a tour of the facility and an interview with the manager. This enables Ashwood Management to determine whether the guest’s needs are within eligible parameters and how we can best serve them.
The prospective guest may meet some of our staff, and decide if he or she would like to stay with us. This interview also helps facilitate a conversation between the primary care provider and the Ashwood Inn staff and management. We want both guest and the guest’s family to be comfortable with the accommodations and care we provide.
If the potential guest lives further than two hours away contact the Program Manager for possible alternative arrangements.
We try to match guests with similar interests and abilities for each weekend. Other guests are a lot like you.
